Balance due at check-in. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, and cash. Checks are only accepted for advance deposits. A first night or one night stay deposit in advance is required to confirm reservations. Deposits minus $25 are refundable up to 24 hrs before day of check-in. All prices are subject to 6.5% Ohio State sales tax. 

Children any age are welcome, mini-crib available.  Sorry we do not accept any pets.

A large self-help Breakfast Buffet is available in the kitchen. Guests are also welcome to help themselves to snacks 24 hours a day. Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals. Please, no cooking in the guest rooms and no smoking or candles anywhere in the house.

Guest rooms can only be locked from the inside, so be sure to take any valuables with you while you are out. Please park in the driveway and use the side door to come and go.

Each quest room has a private bath, color television with cable, and a window air conditioner.  There is a small library, including some children’s toys, on the top of stairs second floor, and first floor in the nook in entrance way.

There are cordless phones available (ask innkeepers). There is no charge for calls with unlimited local and unlimited nationwide direct-dial long distance (900/976 numbers are blocked).

Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 12 noon unless otherwise arranged.
